The addition of Toni Rose Capistrano-Flojo comes at a time of significant growth for ABN Australia, with the team managing a rising volume of corporate governance and compliance responsibilities for non-residents clients entering or operating in the Australian market.

Toni brings nearly two decades of experience in corporate compliance, legal support and immigration services. Most recently, she held a senior managerial role at PwC Philippines and Vialto Partners, where she led immigration teams and advised multinational clients on mobility, entity registration and regulatory matters. She has also attended board meetings, maintained corporate records and facilitated entity incorporation, closure and special licensing applications.

Her prior experience also includes a brief tenure as Legal Manager at Charoen Pokphand Foods Philippines Corporation, where she oversaw regulatory compliance, contract review and legal dispute coordination. In addition to her corporate expertise, she has authored articles on international trade and compliance and contributed to several PwC publications on tax and investment in the Philippines.

The Corporate Secretarial Associate role will be instrumental in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of governance and secretarial services to ABN Australia's growing list of international clients.

ABN Australia’s Managing Director, Aaron Garry, welcomed the appointment, stating: “As our client base grows, we are investing in talent with proven expertise in international compliance. This new addition helps us deliver practical governance support and stay responsive to the needs of international businesses entering the Australian market.”

With the growing demand for corporate secretarial services, ABN Australia remains committed to delivering efficient, compliant and confidential support to global companies establishing their footprint in Australia.
