The ABN Australia team this month has welcomed a new member of staff to its growing workforce. Rukshani Perera has joined the Adelaide office, taking up the role of Corporate Services Manager.
The new addition to the Corporate Secretarial team is a result of increasing demand for services from international businesses establishing operations in Australia.
Rukshani’s role will be focused on the core provisions of ABN Australia’s business establishment services and officer and address services.
Ian Pelayo, Director of Corporate Secretarial said: “Rukshani has broad experience across a range of financial, operational and compliance-driven roles and will add a new dimension and skillset to our Corporate Secretarial team, as we continue to grow the client portfolio and improve service delivery.”
