Aaron Garry Managing Director
Aaron leads our team of professional staff in delivering on the vision for our company, which is to help global businesses succeed in Australia.
A Chartered Accountant, he has assisted hundreds of global firms with their market entry and ongoing compliance requirements for Australia, offering a specialised mix of international and local knowledge to any client project.
In addition to managing overall service delivery to our clients, Aaron drives forward the key strategic and commercial opportunities for ABN Australia.
Prior to ABN Australia, he worked both locally and internationally as a financial accountant for several large financial services businesses within the funds management sector.
Toru Sakurada Senior Client Manager
Toru is a CPA-qualified accountant with 10+ years of commercial and business services experience. He is highly experienced across a range of tax and accounting topics, and has significant exposure to international clients and business matters. Toru is passionate about managing and leading teams, and is a down-to-earth, engaging, dedicated, and friendly professional. Toru is a key client contact person for tax and accounting matters.
Ian Pelayo Director of Corporate Secretarial
Ian has a vast amount of experience in the corporate services industry. Ian overseas the establishment of our client's business structures, ongoing ASIC compliance, and a range of secretarial matters as needed.
Richard Chatten-Hague Regional Commercial Director
Richard joined ABN Australia in February 2023 as Regional Commercial Director, having previously worked with a highly regarded tax and accounting group headquartered in the UK. Richard headed up the franchise support to Australia, Ireland, Canada and the US, and was a key contributor to the business development and operational rollout of their successful franchise model.
With Richard’s extensive experience in business development and expertise in international markets, he brings broad experience and a stakeholder management skillset with him. He has a proven track record of driving business growth, as well as nurturing long-term relationships with clients and partners. As Regional Commercial Director, Richard operates from the United Kingdom (England), providing our clients and partners localised support across the UK and European regions.
James Thomas Director of People Services
James joined ABN Australia after nearly 15 years in operations management and Human Resources roles across both large and small organisations. A member of AHRI and accredited in several HR instruments, James leads the delivery of our Workforce Solutions services, providing clients with specialist services to meet their workforce needs in Australia.
Anthony Sallis Operations Manager
Anthony previously worked as a lawyer for a decade in a professional practice, and has a working background and strong interest in technology, finance, and security. His broad experience and versatility makes him a great asset for the business in this role.
Mari Tsutsumi Senior Manager Accountant
Mari is a CPA qualified accountant with more than 10 years experience in Japan and in Australia. Mari brings a wealth of experience from her time working at large corporate services provider, where she specialised in providing tax and accounting services to international clients. In her role at ABN Australia, Mari supports the Senior Client Manager in overseeing client deliverables and assisting the team with any queries or requests.
