CSF Campaign Services
Company CSEF eligibility assessment ($220.00)
Detailed eligibility checklist against the full set of requirements (as prescribed by the crowd-sourced funding regime in 6D.3A of the Corporations Act 2001, as well as related regulatory guide 261 issued by ASIC) in order to identify whether your business is eligible and what (if any) changes may be required.
New company registration (6.00)
If you are an early stage business that is looking to incorporate, or perhaps you are looking to interpose a holding company for the purposes of protecting IP or other commercial reasons, then you will require company registration services. We are specialists in company formation here in Australia.
ABN and GST registration ($88.00)
If required we can efficiently and affordably register your company with an ABN and for GST, along with PAYG and FTC as needed.
